Launch Error

Hello

I have used Neck Diagrams successfully on my PC for almost 2 years. I tried to launch it yesterday and received the following message: "The Neck Diagrams executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library."

Can anyone help me rectify this problem so that I can resume working with Neck Diagrams?

Sorry to hear you're having troubles. I just responded to the email you sent in to our support team. That appears to be a screenshot of a different message though.
