Hi. I posted a bug report last week and it hasn't even been "moderated" yet. Any chance of a response from someone.

I have lost my diagrams presets and instrument library. Neither are showing up and when I run the instrument library I get a message saying error thrown.

I was running v 1.10. I downloaded and installed again - same problem

Any thoughts

I know we're already in communication via our support channel about your issue, but I just wanted to reply to let other users know our support hours.

We're only a small, independent team and don't currently offer 24/7 support. Two of us have recently become fathers and definitely need the downtime on weekends and public holidays.
