Finger Numbering

I put a hollow circle on a guitar string and then right click to put a fingering number in the circle and nothing happens, and i dont see the inspector thing they talk about in the vidoes anyplace on my work space to see the "board" choice , etc. etc. I didn't think I was this stupid .. ... ... i figured this out later ... ... closed topic ... ...
