    Batch converting

Is there a way to convert a batch of diagrams to PDF instead of one at a time?

    Cheers

    Hi Phil

    Yes you can do this

There is a section on in this in the Help Contents. Just Navigate to Help>Help Contents>Neck Diagrams>Concepts>Exporting. Scroll down to the bottom of this page is and you'll find some info on exporting multiple pages / diagrams.

    Basically,

1 - Whilst in the Diagram Gallery select all the files your want to export.

2 - Now navigate to File>Export Diagram - The Export Wizard will pop up

3 - Change the Kind drop down field to PDF and then you'll be able to click the Single Document box which is usually greyed out.

4 - Once you click OK you'll also be able to alter the page order and give the multi page PDF a filename.

I hope that's enough to get you going. Please let me know if I you require further assistance.

    Kind regards

Also if you don't want to create a multi-page PDF from the pages you selected, then simply don't check the "Single Document" option and you'll export all the pages individually in one fell swoop!

Ha ha - I think we're all guilty of that one Phil, I'm still trying to put some Xmas bits together. Manual??? Pfft!!!

On a more serious note - we're here to offer support and users with the same question will hopefully see this now, so no worries.

    Thanks
    Dean
