When Exporting a Diagram The Recently Installed Font Doesnt Follow Over

    Hello,

Our School uses Neck Diagrams a lot and wanted to change some of the fonts we have used to give our diagrams a bit more uummph.

It looks fine in Neck Diagrams,
but when we export the file to image (we have attempted as a .png and .jpeg so far), the font doesn't carry over to the final image.

    Original Image ND supprt 1.png
    Exported Image = Dyad Diagrams_1.jpg

Before posting this, we restarted the computer just in case something may not be associated, and now the font we are using only seems to show when we click on the image.

There font changing when we click inside the area to type seems very similar to another post in forum we found ---> https://forums.neckdiagrams.com/show...ying-Correctly

We are currently using ND ver 2.3.4 RC1/1791/c1237906

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi Ken,

The issue that the font is most likely installed only for the current user - in this case the font will get installed into folder:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ Fonts when you select only the Install option.

Right-click the font file and select menu option "Install for all users" - this will install it to the default C:\Windows\Fonts directory.

The 3rd part library libraries being used for exporting don't seem to look in the user font folder so it can't find the fonts and ends up substituting any missing for a default font. Installing fonts to the main location should sort out your issue!
