Sounds like I should add a checkbox on the 'Save as template' window so users can choose whether to save the notes or not, right? Curious that the thumbnail...

I'll probably be changing things here so you can just drag regular note markers onto the nut. Having a special open string marker is probably too restrictive. Plus there'll be some kind of note...
