Is this what is called the "Composite Blues Scale", combining major and minor?
I just wanted to say thanks. I hadn't used ND for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the new features.
I want to emphasize certain strings.
Is there a way to make only certain strings thick and black?
Also, on a mandolin there is usually not a dot on the third fret.
The first page of images in a search of "mandolin" resulted in the marker always on the 10th, instead of 9th, fret. So you might want to at least update your default.
On my mandolin there are markers at 5, 7, 10, 12, 15. I don't know what is standard. An image search, like dmcclure did would do the trick. Or you might just look at what Gibson does as the standard,...
I would like to see this too. I am using the program to create flash cards for learning the notes on the neck, and having an accurate representation of the fret positions would make mentally...
Okay, I am ready to go on this project. What I will need is between 700 and 800 diagrams, and possibly the same amount again later. If you are interested in making the charts for me, send an email to...
I am sure it would be too much work, but it would be pretty awsome if a chord diagram could generate a corresponding midi file.
Thank you for responding.
I am still working on the prototype, and making some design changes on the fly. I think it will take about 2 months to test, to see if the program is viable. So, it will...
Sometimes it would be useful to show both enharmonic equivalaents at a given note/string position.
I am working on a project that will require a lot of chord images for guitar, mandolin, ukelele and banjo. I have attached a sample.
I will provide reference material that will show you the chords...
