I can raise a ticket to consider a shortcut for this, or perhaps an option to allow the Ctrl+Shift+F command to work across multiple pages.
In the meantime, in case you didn't know, the workaround is to shift-click each fretboard whilst scrolling through the document. That is, hold down the shift key whilst clicking on each fretboard in the document that you wish to edit.
I would recommend zooming-out so you can have pages side by side to reduce the scrolling and make it easier to see which fretboards have been selected.
