Hi,

Looks to me that you have both "Row 1 labels" AND "Row 2 labels" in the Legends section of the Inspector set to show "Notes" therefore you have 2 rows of the note names showing in the legend area.

Just set "Row 2 labels" to None to remove a duplicate!
